Part I. In-Game Rules

Spam, Chat Flood, Emoji Spam, etc is not allowed in any chats

All forms of spamming and flooding count

• 1st Offense: Warning
• 2nd Offense: 30 Minute Mute
• 3rd Offense: 3 hour Mute
• 4th Offense: 6 Hour Mute
• 5th Offense: Staff Discretion

Inappropriate chat/behavior is prohibited

This includes all NSFW talk and/or images,, or voice messages

• 1st Offense: Warning
• 2nd Offense: 4 hour mute
• 3rd Offense: 8 hour mute
• 4th Offense: 16 hour mute
• 5th Offense: Staff Discretion

Racism/Sexism/Homophonic/Hate speech is NOT tolerated

This also includes encouraging other players

• 2nd Offense: 15 day mute
• 3rd Offense: 30 day mute

Discussing Player Punishments

• 1st Offense: Warning

Discussing sensitive topics

You may discuss religion, politics, race, triggering topics, etc in PRIVATE dms or group chats

Advertising is prohibited

Only verified Media players may advertise

Harassing/Lying/Impersonating Staff is not allowed

This includes mini-modding

Punishment Evasion

• 1st Offense: Double original punishment time (replace as a ban if mute_

Hacking is prohibited

This includes Macros, Easy Place, Printing, Fill and Paste, and any Hack Clients

• 1st Offense: 5 day ban
• 2nd Offense: 10 day ban
• 3rd Offense: 20 day ban
• 4th Offense: 35 day ban
• 5th Offense: Staff Discretion

Abusing Glitches & Exploits is not tolerated

This includes glitching into bases

• 1st Offense: 6 day ban

Gambling

The only gambling games allowed on Dragon Ball block are casinos and mystery spawners. If there is doubt about the reliability of a casino, it is possible to ask a Moderator to check it. The maximum price of a mystery spawner must not exceed the /shop price of the best spawner obtainable.

Duping/Lag Machines are NOT tolerated

Griefing an island is not allowed

• 1st Offense: 3 day ban
• 2nd Offense: 6 day ban

Inappropriate Skins & Usernames are not allowed

• 1st Offense: Ban until changed
• 2nd Offense: Blacklist

Hoarding Dragonballs for use near end of season is not allowed.

• You may not hoard dragonballs or deposit near the end of the season, you must deposit them as you get them.

Scamming is prohibited

Includes all form of scamming

• 1st Offense: 2 day ban
• 2nd Offense: 4 day ban
• 3rd Offense: 8 day ban

Any form of TP/Portal Traps/killing is not allowed

• 1st Offense: 2 day ban
• 2nd Offense: 8 day ban
• 3rd Offense: 16 day ban
• 4th Offense: 24 day ban
• 5th Offense: Staff Discretion

Inappropriate builds will not be tolerated

• 1st Offense: 4 day ban
• 2nd Offense: 8 day ban

Excessive Drama will not be tolerated

This includes causing server-wide drama, bringing personal drama to the server, or purposely starting/restarting drama to troll or provoke others

• 3rd Offense: 16 hour mute
• 4th Offense: 24 hour mute
• 5th Offense: Staff Discretion

Island Alliances

• Any form of alliance between islands is prohibited if it aims to advance you in the island ranking (this includes island level items of the month, money, as well as any other item allowing to propel an island in the ranking). Any abuse of this will be penalized.

• Your team can have multiple islands if, and only if, these islands operate independently of each other. It is forbidden to use this island to circumvent limits (Hoppers, players etc) on your secondary island.

Disrespect/Bullying/Harassment will NOT be tolerated

Death Threats

• 1st Offense: 24 hour mute
• 2nd Offense: 48 hour mute
• 3rd Offense: 5 day mute
• 4th Offense: 15 day mute
• 5th Offense: Staff Discretion

Redstone

• Try to use red stone within reasonable limits.
• Avoid too rapid systems/clocks.
• "0-tick" factories and flying machines in the void are prohibited.
• Non-compliance with these rules will result in the removal of the factory/machine without any possible reimbursement.
• Intentionally lagging or crashing the server will result in a ban.

If a mod does not appear on this list, ask for Staff approval.

Prohibited Actions

Here is a non-exhaustive list of actions prohibited on the server:

• Anti-Afk (water circuits, Auto-Jump...)
• Use of alts.
• Autofishing is prohibited.
• Selling items for real money or for gems.
• It is forbidden to set homes on rival islands without the agreement of the island's members.
• TP-kill is prohibited, as well as any kill outside of PvP zones.
• Any bounty trading is strictly prohibited. This includes the abusive use of a third-party account to increase one’s bounty.
• The sale of cosmetics, fake keys, disenchanted exclusive items, shulkers containing banned items for sale, empty mystery boxes, expired contracts, or expired sales dials is prohibited. This includes selling mystery boxes that exceed the average sell price on /ah for the items inside the box.
• Listing items renamed to inappropriate names on the auction house is prohibited.
• Listing items renamed to different item names, either as a joke or as an attempt to mislead/scam players is prohibited.
• Spawn hopping to collect more than one treasure or kill more than one boss during events is prohibited.

Part II. Discord Rules

Your Profile

A : Profile Pictures

• Your profile picture should not reference obscene content or politics.
• Profile pictures must not be offensive towards any individual or group of individuals.

B : Usernames

• Usernames should not reference a historical or political figure.
• Usernames must start with a character available on the QWERTY keyboard for mentionability.
• Displaying personal and private information of a player or yourself in your username is prohibited.

C : Status & Descriptions

• Your status and description should not reference politics or promote hatred.
• Links leading to scams are forbidden in your descriptions.
• Any disrespect towards any person will be penalized.

Text Channels

A : Spam and Conduct

• Similar to in-game, spam and flood are prohibited.
• Posting links other than the DBZ website, server IP, or server social media accounts is prohibited.
• Excessively mentioning a role/member is strictly forbidden.

B : Behavior

• You must communicate respectfully with server players.
• In tickets, any insults, mockery, or false accusations can lead to punishments, including in-game and Discord blacklists.

C : Topics

• Like your profile, your discussions should not reference politics.
• You must not disrespect/insult a player.
• Racism, homophobia, xenophobia, and all other forms of hatred are prohibited.

Voice Channels

A : Behavior

• As in text, you must remain respectful to other players.
• Discussion topics are free but must comply with our rules.

B : Prohibitions

• Soundboards (sound effects, music, etc.) are prohibited.
• Screaming into your microphone to annoy others is prohibited.
• Disclosing personal information is prohibited.
